Sant Agustí des Vedrà Church

This church, nestled in the small urban hub of Sant Agustí, goes back to the 18th century.

It is a very simple building with a single semi-circle vault nave with six side chapels. Special mention should be made of the buttresses in one its sides and the lack of an external porch which establishes an easily identifiable image in contrast to the rest of the churches on the island (the church of Es Cubells is the only other church with a similar exterior structure).

The parish festival is held on August 28th, the feast of Saint Augustine.
