Sant Josep de sa Talaia church

This church came about at the beginning of the 18th century in the rural area to attend to the needs of the increasing peasant population.

It has a single semi-circle vault nave supported by five arches in the same shape. Its porch is wide and has three exterior arches (the central one is larger than the two side ones). Its impressive bell tower on the main façade is noteworthy and it is the only one on the island that has a sundial.

The parish festival is held on March 19th, the feast of Saint Joseph.
