Deep Roots Catering by FOSH is a company based in Ibiza that offers services in Ibiza and Formentera, and in Mallorca and Menorca through FOSH Catering.
Our cuisine, prepared by top professionals using only the best ingredients and supervised by our Chef, Marc Fosh (winner in Mallorca and London of a Michelin Star), make our service a guaranteed success, as can be vouched for by the hundreds of couples who trusted in our services for their special day. We offer advice and accompany you at all times, to make sure that every detail is to your liking.
Currently, FOSH Catering runs more than 200 events a year and works exclusively with 8 venues in Mallorca. In addition to many events in Ibiza and Formentera with Deep Roots Catering since 2018.
Chef Marc Fosh
He began his culinary career at the Greenhouse restaurant in London, before moving on to the Chelsea Room, with a Michelin star. He moved to Spain in 1991, and since then he has developed his unique cooking style. Marc Fosh’s renowned cooking style is light, fresh and creative. In 2002, Marc Fosh became the first and only British chef to receive a Michelin star in Spain. Recently Marc has published his first cookbook: “Modern Mediterranean: Sun-drenched recipes from Mallorca and beyond.”
Our work is focused on making Fomento del Turismo de Ibiza an increasingly open forum for debate that draws together a wide range of interests, agrees strategies and stimulates professionals, workers, companies and organisations from all the island's economic and social spheres to benefit from membership.

Fomento del Turismo de la Isla de Ibiza (Island of Ibiza Tourism Development) is an association founded by a group of forward-looking people who set themselves the task of stimulating, promoting and developing the island's budding tourist industry.
