Atzaró Vegetable Garden Dining Experience

Welcome to the Atzaró Vegetable Garden, a space with more than three hectares of cultivated land, a unique experience rooted at the heart of Ibiza.

On September 13 from 20:00 you can enjoy the gastronomic experience of immersing yourself in the Ibizan countryside at Agroturismo Atzaró. There will be a special menu of 7 courses to share, prepared with ingredients picked from the vegetable garden itself, wine and water included and a welcome drink upon arrival. You will enjoy a live opera performance by soprano María del Mar Vives and soul music by Paul Powel. Places are limited and the price is 85€ per person. Come and enjoy the first dining experience at the Atzaro Vegetable Garden and discover and share the heart of the Ibiza countryside.

The Place
An orange tree lined pathway leads you from the terrace of the hotel’s restaurant to the entrance of The Vegetable Garden at Atzaró. An authentic paradise, with pathways and wooden pergolas flanked by olive trees and cypresses, with romantic hidden corners to relax. It has countless patches of vegetables, fruit trees and aromatic plants, this is the largest vegetable garden in Ibiza. Completely organic with an internal sustainable ecosystem, water from the farm’s well and solar panels to energise the cultivation systems. The farm has been worked for generations and to this day by the same family. At Atzaró you can feel the authentic connection with nature, in a unique luxurious way.

The music
To entertain this wonderful evening in the Atzaró Vegetable Garden, we have the operatic voice of the Ibizaborn soprano, María del Mar Vives, and the rhythms of the musician Paul Powel, a multi-skilled artist. Together they will create an unforgettable experience.

The food
The Atzaró Vegetable Garden provides seasonal produce to nourish the restaurant with the healthiest ingredients, the concept “farm to fork” with flavour, quality and sustainability, produce km0, from the garden to the table.
