1,5 kg octopus
1 red pepper
2 green peppers
1 head of garlic
Boil the octopus for about an hour and cut it into pieces.
In a saucepan sauté the chopped onion, add the peppers, unpeeled cloves of garlic and laurel. Mix all the ingredients and season with salt. Add the potatoes (sliced and fried beforhand) and mix again. Leave to simmer for a few minutes more on a low heat. Sand for 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
Note: The octopus will be far more tender if previously frozen.
