Pershing Yacht Terrace

Description

Located in a unique enclave, from a cliff on the west coast of Ibiza, The Pershing Yacht Terrace offers exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea, and the mythical Es Vedrà.

Inspired by a Pershing 9X, the restaurant's design, with sleek lines and teak wood flooring, will remind diners of the pleasure of sailing aboard a yacht.

At Pershing Yacht Terrace, the focus is on modern Asian cuisine and innovative signature cocktails.

With a selection of top quality products, the sea continues to be the protagonist. Twice a week, you can enjoy "sushi night", and dishes with exquisite Japanese flavors such as Miso Black Cod or Chili Lobster, reversioned by our Chefs.

In addition, DJs or live music performances will accompany diners from sunset until late at night, to make your visit to Pershing Yacht Terrace, an unforgettable night.
