Sant Carles de Peralta Church

This church, nestled in the small urban hub of Sant Carles, goes back to the 18th century.

This church has a rectangular floor with a two-slope tiled roof, barrel vault and seven chapels. On the façade there is a noteworthy modest rustic bell tower on the belfry and a double cavity rustic porch with three exterior arches of considerable size, which is the same width as the nave.

This church has a cultural centre at one side that runs an intense schedule throughout the year with a strong emphasis on the International Piano Festival, which is held biennially.

The parish festival is held on the 4th November, the feast of Saint Charles Borromeo.
