Sud Ibiza Suites

Sud Ibiza Suites is a new complex comprised of 34 luxury apartments in the city of Ibiza which include free wi-fi and air conditioning in all rooms. The complex is open all year round to provide services to clients beyond just the summer season.

The complex is located in the city of Ibiza right on the beach and just 6 kilometres from the airport and 10 minutes on foot from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dalt Vila. 

This is an establishment which is smoke-free and welcomes children and is focused on a healthy lifestyle by means of the programme entitled ´Health, Fitness and Cycling` which encourages visitors to enjoy the spectacular 62 m2 gymnasium free of charge and its range of the latest fitness equipment along with the Free Bicycle Hire Service so that visitors can take exercise and at the same time discover the many charms of the city of Ibiza.

The main clubs, restaurants and cultural points of interest such as the Contemporary Art Museum, the Archeological Museum, the Ibiza Cathedral and the Punic Necropolis at Puig des Molins are all to be found close to the complex.

Sud Ibiza Suites is composed of 34 apartments of which 30 are Sud Suites and another 4 are Sud Grand Suites.

The 30 Sud Suites have a capacity for 3 people and an approximate area of 45 m2 including a 7 m2 terrace with views over the sea and the neighbouring island of Formentera. The Sud Suites include bathroom, hairdryer, double bed and a generous living area fitted with a sofa-bed.   

The 4 Sud Grand Suites have a maximum capacity for 5 people and an approximate area of 75 m2 including a terrace of 9 m2 with views over the sea. The Sud Grand Suites have two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with hairdryer and a large living room with a sofa-bed. 

The 34 apartments are furnished with top brand fittings which include a safe, flat-screen television and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, micro-wave oven, dish-washer, coffee machine, kettle and a full set of kitchenware.
